Hi Mary, thanks for your feedback. I understand my CEO contacted you on Saturday to address the points raised.

Due to changes in your email address you unfortunately didn’t receive our renewal invitation and because we couldn’t contact you the policy expired. Once we’d set up a new policy for you we did send over a receipt for the whole amount (separate to the policy schedule which just shows the premium) but unfortunately you also didn’t receive this.

You’ve now received your receipt and I hope this satisfactorily resolves the issue for you. Thank you for choosing us as your insurance advisor and broker. James

I am getting rather tired of the repeated follow up to the original problem which has now been resolved. I did fill in another on line questionnaire to put up the rating to 5 stars. However the number of stars is in danger of being reduced again. As far as I am concerned, the queries were dealt with, I have insurance cover for the next year and the subject is now closed.

Thank you for your response. We never like to receive average feedback because our staff go out of their way to provide a great service. I’ve now reviewed the file and all correspondence.

We've had a large amount of correspondence with you and the vast majority of this was responded to very promptly, usually within 1 working day. Where we were waiting for a response from an insurer we informed you of this immediately.

We approached 3 insurers on the day you sent us the information requested and sent quotations to you as soon as we received them. The initial quotation (provided 2 days later) from a new insurer was 33% higher than last year. After you queried the premium we chased up the other insurer and asked them to provide a quote.

Due to a number of people with medical conditions, the medical information needed and your request for us to explore several different options, the process did take slightly longer than normal. We are obviously disappointed to receive average feedback and I hope you can see we did everything we could to provide you with an excellent service. James
