We are sorry you are not completely satisfied with the service we have provided. One of our core aims is to provide each client with a professional, friendly service during the period we act as their insurance advisor. Our approach to working with clients is one of the reasons why many of our clients choose to appoint us as their broker.

I have reviewed all of the correspondence you have had with us while setting up this policy. With the exception of an administrative error relating to your organisation’s description - which was quickly rectified – I cannot see where we have been inattentive. All correspondence and queries have been dealt with quickly and professionally. Where requests couldn’t be met, an explanation and alternative solution have been provided.
