The only thing is that to date I have not received paper or digital copy of Insurance. I require something to show to my Committee.

Thanks for your feedback; it's always a disappointment to receive an average rating so I've conducted a review of your file.

I can see we sent your policy documents and invoice by email on the 09/11/18. A receipt was also sent by email on the 29/11/18, shortly after payment was received by cheque. It is possible these emails have landed in your junk folder - please could you check to see if they are there.

I have asked your broker to resent both emails to you immediately. Please contact your broker on 020 8651 7420 if you have still not found/received our correspondence.
