I think you have missed the point, messages were left emanating from the initial telephone contact at your organisation to the broker. This happened on more than two occasions. When speaking to your broker, I was informed that they had received no messages at all. Thus there seems to be a problem with your messaging system. It was not a question of the broker not being available but the fact that messages left did not appear to be received by the broker.
