Thanks for your review. We always strive to achieve ratings of four or 5 stars and wondered what part of the service we provided to you didn't hit those spots! The insurer you bought from on our advice doesn't deal directly with the public as it is not staffed to give advice or have marketing in place to reach out to their target clients like you. The middleman is the one providing that service and we have a range of insurers to suit the individual needs of clients. I hope that helps explain adequately why using a broker is so useful.
