Ok. Shopping was good, product easy to find and not many places in the UK had this available. Took longer than expected to arrive. Tried to chase with the web chat which was unresponsive

In fairness, I did receive a response a couple of hours after writing the review so have changed the rating. Just suggest that they manage expectations better in terms of web chat response times (it said 'within a few minutes')
As always, the experience and service received at Absolute Music was amazing, super knowledgeable and helpful staff and the shop itself is just amazing, so much to look at and talk about :-)
