I had to ring them with some additional info and realised that when I renewed I hadn't completed the correct information. The person I spoke to completed this for me and altered my documentation.

Advisor clear and concise when asking approriate questions. She recapped before proceeding. Offered to post out insurance details as well as on line. Something not always offered. A good experience.

I bought an annual travel insurance policy , but unfortunately my mistake it didn't include Turkey, so I contacted them and was immediately refunded, no fuss, no hassle . I have used them in the past...

Very good for elderly people who are still want to travel ,but find it very very expensive with most insurance companies.

Busy phone line required some patience but once connected operator was clear and helpful, offering useful advice.
