Hi there,
Thank you for taking the time to share your thought on this product, we’ve used plastic inserts in the past and found the instances of the baubles becoming damaged much higher. The decision was then made to find a kinder alternative and after many experiments the swap to cardboard was made as they are more gentle and forgiving for delicate baubles in storage.
