Only complaint is that delivery was 2-3 days earlier than expected and I was not told about this. Package arrived in good condition. Website is easy to use.

I am really sorry to hear that you are not happy with the shoe cabinet. Apologies if it seems darker in real life, colours can appear different on screen due to the pixels. The response was good but the packaging of the item was very bad and I have reflected this to them and sent a photo of the box etc and the way the item was sent.
Service was very good. I cancelled 1 of the products I ordered with ease and the instructions I left concerning delivery arrangements were followed. A smooth transaction.
I left instructions for parcel to be put behind gate if I was out. This was ignored and a parcel was left on my drive in view to all. It was not however my parcel but that belonging to someone else...

I am terribly sorry to hear of the delivery problems you have encountered.
