appalling delivery, i have made 3 diferent orders just this year and the delivery has consistantly been at least two days later than promised. get a new delivery company or lose a consistant customer.

Thank you for your feedback regarding deliveries. I have checked all three orders and can see the first and most recent order were both delivered next day after despatch so am unsure what the issue was? Your second order which this review relates to was one day late as your parcel was routed from the Interlink HUB in Birmingham to an incorrect depot and had to be tranferred overnight to your delivery depot which resulted in a 48 hour delivery rather than 24 hour which I apologise for. Could you get in touch with me at karen.hume@ahume.co.uk regarding the issues as I am keen to investigate further as we do not want any customer to experience difficulties with our courier whose service we find excellent on the whole.
