Thanks for your feedback. Both our shops in Kelso have been open every Sunday in December - whilst we are not normally open on a Sunday, we are here every Sunday processing our online orders and can easily open the shops up for you - just call in advance and we can make an arrangement.

Thank you for your feedback and for letting us know about the issues you have had with your Gurteen Ross waistcoat. We find the fit of the Ross styles a little more tailored than some of the other waistcoat brands we sell but have not had sizing issues raised by anyone else. However, it is always good to get feedback for future. The majority of the pockets in our jackets and waistcoats need unpicked which is pertinent to the quality of the products we sell, this is normal. We can unpick for you if asked, this is not a problem. With regard to the unsatisfactory stitch, we will thoroughly check for this in future prior to despatch although have not heard of any other customers having an issue. I am sorry you feel our range is expensive and not good quality as we pride ourselves in the quality of all the brands we stock.
