I am sorry there is an issue with one of the cashmere caps we sent you - all our caps are hand made by our own cap maker who sizes them for us. The sizing labels are all hand written by him and on occasion, he does amend them but it is not something we touch. If you feel this cap is incorrectly sized, please send it straight back to us for an exchange.
