For the last three/four years I have purchased the majority of my shirts from them.
Thank you for your feedback. I am afraid we never know when duty will have be paid for customers who shop outwith the EU like yourself. When you choose the delivery method at the Checkout, you click on the delivery option choice which says -
"Deliveries outside of the EU may be subject to local duties over which we have no control and for which we cannot accept liability."
I am sorry if you did not notice this and hope you understand that we have no control whatsoever with taxes and duties that may be payable when parcels reach their destination outwith the EU. You did save $100 in tax when shopping with us as VAT was deducted at the Checkout which totalled this figure.
