Thank you for your feedback. I dealt with your Wicklow boot issue personally and was unaware you were looking for a different size in exchange. Had I been aware, even if it was not marked on your returns slip, then a different size could have easily been sent in replacement. Provided your boots are unworn, please send them back to us and we will swop the size over, this is not a problem. Your postage costs ought to have been reimbursed following your return of the pair with a broken tug and this is an oversight which I apologise for. Please email me the costs to karen.hume@ahume.co.uk and I will process the reimbursement onto your card today.
