Thank you for your feedback. I spoke to you about the RM Williams shirt sizing issue you had and explained that we take the measurements ourselves for all our RM Williams range. We do not measure every single style but take the measurements of one shirt for each "fit" and add the measurements to all the shirts on our website for that particular fit. We will need to consider measuring every single style if we want to alleviate small discrepancies. I was unaware that you also had an issue with our Viyella measurements - these measurements are supplied to us by Viyella.
