Ordered one size but then contacted to say it was out of stock. Alternative size ordered but when they came to get it that wasn't there either.

I am sorry we had an issue Nigel with your Brook Taverner Waistcoat. As I explained, in error one of my colleagues made a manual stock take error when checking our waistcoat stock which I did apologise for when I was going through all the alternative colours with you to see what may match your outfit.
The RM Williams Gilet you ordered should not have had "bits" on it and I apologise if you had to remove these with sticky tape. We go over all our stock at the time of packing and must have missed these so many apologies.
