The package arrived almost by return post- carefully packaged and with a send back form if needed( it was not!) - first class service which could not have been improved.
I don't think they ask the customer enough questions, ie are the socks for work? therefore you end up with the wrong product. Wool socks for summer.

I checked your previous order as requested and assisted as much as I could in trying to help decipher the socks you wanted. I think there was a communication issue and know the socks have been exchanged for you as requested.
