Thank you for your feedback. I have spoken to my colleagues and understand you spoke to James who explained to you that worn goods very unfortunately cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. It is a shame you wore the boots outside rather than testing them indoors particularly if you thought they were "mannish". James was as helpful as he could be when he spoke to you and said that all he could suggest was to sell them on the likes of either Preloved or eBay as we just were unable to accept them back. He thought he was being helpful in discussing various other options with you also and certainly did not think he was being dismissive. We received your order on a Tuesday evening and I can see that your parcel was delivered and signed for on the Friday. I am sorry you have had a poor experience shopping with us.

Fantastic customer service. Belt had to be exchanged for a different size, (my mistake initially), and the guys at A Hume could not have been more helpful. Will definitely use this company again.
