thank you for your feedback. I am very sorry indeed that you had a poor shopping experience when you visited our shop. I will discuss your comments with our staff as we pride ourselves in our customer service and I am very disappointed to hear you were not looked after when you were here. Our ladies range is far smaller than our mens range, as is our selling space in the shop, but we carry the majority of the range available online in our shop. Not all colours and sizes can be displayed on the shop floor which our staff ought to have explained to you. Many apologies again.
