Excellent website (both presentation of items for sale and user features) and customer service.
Fantastically quick and accommodating. I ordered the wrong size and they helped me get it right, before sending me a replacement and keeping me informed on progress.
Good product presentation on site, excellent online presence (forums. comments and the like), fair prices. Offering shoe trees suitable for RM Williams (preferably lasted) is something I really miss.
