Thanks for your feedback and I am delighted your friend was pleased with his present. In future, just mark in the Additional Comments Box at the Checkout that you would like the parcel left with a neighbour or in a safe place ie porch, garage etc and we will give the instruction to the courier and a signature will not be necessary.
I ordered just before Christmas and was most impressed that the company took the time to phone me and reassure me that the order would be couriered in time for Christmas, which it was..
