great service and the products received were exactly as anticipated on their web site presentation
It would be ideal if all international packages could be sent by Royal Mail. The courier is somewhat of a hassle to deal with.

If you prefer we use Royal Mail for any future orders rather than courier, please just add a note in the Additional Comments Box at the Checkout that you prefer Royal Mail and we will use their service rather than our courier and adjust the cost accordingly when processing your order payment.
Thank you very much for the feedback. I am sorry you found our service slow. Your order was received on a Saturday and was despatched using our slower Royal Mail Tracked service which you chose as your method of delivery when placing your order. I can see from the Royal Mail tracking system that your trousers arrived and were signed for on the Thursday. Had you chosen courier delivery, you would have received your trousers on the Tuesday. I note you have given a poor rating also for the actual RM Williams Moleskin trousers ordered. I am sorry they have not met with your expectations, please feel free to return them for a refund if you are unhappy with your purchase.
