I got no help getting produkt throug customs. And had to pay a 25% extra. This amount could easily been set as half the price.( most online sellers do this)

Thank you for your feedback. Your purchase was zero rated when you placed your order online and no VAT was charged so you saved 20% of the cost (£42.50). It is illegal for us to under state the value of a product for Customs purposes I am afraid and the VAT saved should have almost covered your local taxes and duties which we have no control over. I am delighted you are pleased with your new RM Williams boots, they are a great product!
