Didn't get my padlock until 3 days after
It was great that the storage unit is right below my flat and the price is competitive. However, I wasn't given a padlock until 3 days after my contract has started! I work long hours during the week...

we do provide a padlock with each unit and on this occasion we did not have the lock on the door on your move in date. We are sorry for the inconvenience. we have extended your paid to date by a week FOC to compensate for this error

Convenient location and helpful staff
I live nearby and wanted somewhere that’s easy to access on a regular basis. Staff are helpful and the paperwork is very simple to complete online.
