You don't do customer service calls to ask if everything are still fine.. If you can assist with any other policies, ect. People don't always have data to go on your links you send

It will be better if they send feedback through email on a quarterly basis, that notifies about the ff: 1. Type of policy 2. Beneficiary 3. Amount insured 4. Premium
