Poor customer service and lack of information
Currently still waiting for either a delivery or refund no information and no opportunity to speak to anyone directly. I do not recommend .

Failure to answer phone and only receiving emails relating to supplier problems.This seems to be a recurring theme.

Do not use this company
The tap was not in stock and then when I requested a refund this never happened. I am now following this up with AMEX.
