We've found that most cats love Yora, but are creatures of habit and will automatically reject new things. We recommend using their favourite bowl for Yora, and a new bowl for their old food. Starting with 10% Yora in their favourite bowl and 90% of their old food in their new bowl, gradually increase the proportions by 10% each day. It's totally normal for your cats not to eat Yora at first; it can take up to 9 days for them to start eating it. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you require further assistance.
