Got wrong product again. Have found it very difficult to choose the correct product off your site. a history of previous purchases would be helpful but currently not available.

When you create an account on our website, you can see your previous purchases from the date the account was created. For future, I would suggest creating an account so you can refer back to your previous orders. We are also available by either phone, email or by chat where we would be able to give you any information you require on your previous orders. Kind Regards, Elle.
