Please ask your courier to read the address. They only put it into the wrong house.

Please accept my apologies that you were unhappy that your order was delivered to an incorrect address.
I have made sure to pass your comments onto the courier as deliveries being made to incorrect addresses is not the type of service we expect our customers to recieve.

Unfortunately, it seems that our courier had an error that resulted in the delay you experienced. To try and make up for this, we have refunded your delivery charges today. Please note that it can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
