Firstly, thank you for your feedback and we are pleased that you are, in the main, very happy with the services received.
Just to explain, all monies are held in an independent fiduciary (escrow) acount for the protection of the buyer and seller during the transfer process. This is part of our compliance with TATOC's code of conduct and is a safegaurd for all concerned.
