Had a nice experience opening an account, I do not like the idea of no tellers for customer service. I will see in time if it is an environment I’m comfortable with.

Should you need to open additional accounts in the future, you may find it even easier and more convenient to open them online or through our app (it takes less than 4 minutes :) ). While some of our branches don’t have the traditional teller line, rest assured that our friendly branch staff is always there to help with questions. Great customer service

Super helpful and fast service. I love the service offerings at WCU. I mostly use on line banking but whenever I need to visit a branch its an awesome experience.
