I returned a sweater over a month ago and Woolovers still have not issued a refund.

Thank you for the feedback, we do use a third party service to make returns from countries outside the UK.  It can take up to a month for the returns to come through.  We will action the refund as soon as we receive the item.can you please confirm with the customer when the items have been received back from rebound
