Laminate flooring can warp for 2 reasons.
1. If it is not acclimated in the correct humidity as stated in our guides and manufacturers instructions.
2. If it is not stored flat as stated in our guides and manufacturers instructions.
If this has happened on 2 occasions to you, It is likely that there is some very high humidity in the room of installation causing the flooring to warp exEverythingvery thing is stored on flat pallets in our warehouse which is humidity controlled. We store over 1/2 million metres of flooring here so it is carefully monitored.
