I'm sorry the initial samples did not arrive. We think they may have become lost in the post. I believe that this has now been resolved and new samples received. As soon as we found out that the item was not received, new samples were sent right away.
If you feel that our service has indeed improved, we would very much appreciate receiving our feedback.

Thanks Darren. I received the samples the next day and also a phone call personally apologising. This was no fault of Wood Floor Warehouse but i wanted to highlight the issue with them Star rating is now 5.
The issue was the delivery since you pay while choosing a date and they deliver at 2 differents date, 1 day before and 1 day after but not the day they should. Except for that excellent material and...

We did book the couriers to deliver on the day you had requested, but unfortunately they did not perform well this time, despite being a high-quality courier.
