I think their staff have all been trained in the dark art of lieing

They turned up on an open day without the property keys and then told us lie after lie. Their service was terrible

Hello Mrs Babb, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of the Pudsey team on Feefo. It's really disappointing to hear that you felt as though the communication throughout from the staff was poor and that you were performing most of the work. We take every bit of feedback seriously so will be forwarding your comments over to the Pudsey team for them to consider. If you would like to forward any further details of your issues over to us at socialmedia@sequencehome.co.uk then we will be more than happy to take a closer look at them for you. Best Regards.

Hello Mr Pidgeon, thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experiences with the Bury St Edmunds branch of WHB. It is really disappointing to hear that you felt as though more attention was paid to the buyer instead of yourself as the seller and that the service only warranted a 2* review. If you would like to expand on any issues further then please feel free to email socialmedia@sequencehome.co.uk and we will be more than happy to look into it for you. Best Regards. PH
