At Wentworth, our puzzles are cut using lasers which contribute to creating our intricate and unique pieces, however this does create a slight woody smell that is inherent to our puzzles. We would first advise opening the puzzle and leaving the puzzle in a well-ventilated area to allow this smell to dissipate; this usually lessens after a couple of days.
