Wendy Wu Tours Değerlendirmeler

Thank you for your feedback.

Once again, we are sorry for the issue with your hotel in Bangkok.

However, we are pleased that a hotel was organised for you to continue with your stay and we hope you have returned with some fond memories that will last a lifetime.

We are sorry to hear of your disappointment with some aspects of your tour.

Our tour costs include several factors that allow us to promote our tours at a competitive rate. This tour does start from Laos, but the connecting flight goes via Bangkok. We do include transfers from the arrival airport to your hotel but unfortunately our guides can only wait at the arrival lounge.

We regret any misunderstanding with regards to your visa process upon your arrival in Laos.

Our final itinerary document does advise that we do urge all passenger to bear in mind the challenges that can be faced regarding the local culture, smells, and sights. Something that is different from our own.

We do encourage you to explore of a destination during your free time, but this is at your own expense. As any optional tours/excursions can only be arranged locally and your guide will be happy to help. We are sorry that you felt that this wasn’t the case.

We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed your time in Cambodia. All our tours are designed with our customers feedback in mind. This is something which we do value and take very seriously. Please be assured that your comments have been acknowledged and taken onboard.
