We operate on a complete no-win-no-fee basis, and only charge a fee if you choose to accept the support and expert guidance of our team members who are more than happy to take the time to complete the lengthy process so you don't have to. During your conversation with our advisor you were advised of our fee if your claim was successful, we would never hide our fee amount. We sincerely apologise that you felt as though you were taken advantage of, and will certainly use your feedback to review and improve our services in the future.
