As to the delivery, you ordered on Saturday 4th July and was dispatched on the Monday 6th. The parcel was delivered on the 8th via Royal Mail tracked 48 hour srvice, so within the quoted delivery service.
We are sorry that this has not met your expectations.

Hi, just a quick comment on the 'plastic' description. Our bottles are made from a brand new eco alternative to basic fossil fuel plastics, made entirely from sugarcane waste. Whilst delivering the benefits of plastic, light weight and durable, this material is eco friendly and sustainable. Overall, your Water to Go filters will deliver a litre of water at 7p per litre, which we believe is the best price anywhere!
I contacted the company because the cap on my water bottle was leaking. They got back to me immediately and sent a new cap in 2 days and this has solved the problem. Very good service from watertogo.
