As discussed, your email booking confirmation acts as your tickets for your ferry.
On the back of your feedback, we will be adding our office hours to our website and we will be making amendments to our email confirmations.
Apologies for the inconvenience caused when you tried to call us. At the time, the office was closed as it was a Saturday and you should of received a message stating our office was closed. I have highlighted this with our technical department who will put measures in place to prevent a similar situation.

Many thanks to Darril for having the bottle to take my adverse comments on the chin and subsequently phoning me to apologise. Not many people would do this in today's couldn't care less society.
As a result I have no hesitation in upgrading the company's star rating.
One more hopefully constructive suggestion. My wife had difficulty walking from the ferry at Douglas to the Terminal building. A local IOM taxi driver informed us that the ferry has a mini-bus service that will take disabled people from and to the Terminal.We utilised this service on our return journey. It was excellent..Would be nice to make people aware of this.
We had a wonderful holiday on the island mainly due to the lovely friendly,caring people like Darril. Keep on keeping on.

Website well managed and easy to use for bookings.
Booking for the Pie and Mash Train was simple and the website was full of information and easy to follow. Excellent communication. Highly recommended.
