Didn’t realise when I ordered and opted for express delivery not only was it bank holiday but there was a postal strike but I questioned it anyway when I received my order there were 3 more vape...
always been very friendly and helpful but very disappointed this time I ordered a few fantasia desposible vapes and unfortunately they sent me elf bars wich I don't like using.. disappointed

I do apologise for the mistake on your order here! I can see on your order you purchased the Kiwi Passion Fruit Guava Elf bar. We wouldn't send any replacements without confirming flavours with each customer first, so I'm sorry for the mix up.

Hi Marta,
I do apologise for the delay with your order. We don't pick and pack orders over a weekend, so as you ordered on a Saturday, this wouldn't be dispatched until the following Monday usually.
As you're aware, unfortunately, we were out of stock of the device you ordered in the colour you initially chose. We received a delivery from our supplier at the last minute and managed to get this processed for you, and in the meantime created a discount code for you to use as an apology.
Royal Mail had a company-wide strike from Friday 26 - Monday 29th, resulting in no collections or deliveries within this time frame. I'm sorry that this has affected your experience with us, as it meant they couldn't collect your order.
I can see that your order is currently on its way to you, but please email us at info@vapoholic.co.uk and let us know if there's any more that we can do for you.

Not what expected, not my first time using cdb and this isn't what is should be, the taste is terrible disgusting, long after taste as well
The order never arrived - stuck with Royal Mail somewhere, although not directly Vapoholic's fault - it's not mine either!

Ordered my stuff on a Thursday, didn't get my order till 8 days later on the friday! but royal mail were on strike for 2 days. Order is going though and flavour
