They could improve by replying to emails, sending orders on time and apologising for delays.
Appalling. Ordered my vape liquid and still waiting for delivery. Sent 3 emails for updates and only 1 reply. Got an email today to say its been shipped. Appalling customer service
Didn’t reply to messages. Delivery VERY slow. Will not be ordering again
