Hi,
I am sorry to hear you had such a bad experience with British Gas Business and didn't get a bill for such a long period. They are normally a very reliable supplier, which is why we recommend them. They have obviously let us both down on this occasion and this is disappointing, as we don't like unhappy customers.

Richard at Utility Helpline has been excellent in discussing this matter in detail and explaining the issues. He also pointed out that I could have gone back to them for them to take up the matter with British Gas, saving me all the hassle - I shall certainly remember that if anything like this happens again. Thank you for your help and I am happy to amend my rating.
