Universal Fans Değerlendirmeler

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback. The fan is not designed to accommodate 7-8 Amps approximately having a 24w motor, which is why you may have encountered issues with installation. We do offer after-sales support via chat, email and phone and are always happy to answer any technical queries, particularly around installation. So yes, you are correct in assuming a lighter cable would be more appropriate. If you have any further queries please contact us directly so we can assist. Regards, The team at Universal Fans

Hi there, Thanks for your feedback and we’re very sorry to hear this. Our courier service is generally very fast and seamless and luckily for us and our customers, it’s not often we hear this sort of thing. We would have happily liaised with the courier on your behalf however, we were unaware this was happening unfortunately. We’ll be raising this incident with our courier representative for a coaching and training opportunity to try and minimise any further occurrences moving forward. Thanks again for your feedback and please let us know if you require anything else as we’re only too happy to assist. Regards, The team at Universal Fans
