Accommodated request for a certain Fan Vent, that wasn't in stock, but located nearby for me to collect. So that was pretty goo.

Fans faulty, pushed to warranty claim

I bought 3 $730 fans and 2 of them had an issue - the rod was pivoting off centre. I was told even though they were uninstalled I still had to do a warranty claim. The "tech" guy at Brilliant...

We often refer our customers to the manufacturer to make a warranty claim as it is often the quickest way to have any faulty parts replaced or repaired as the team at Brilliant Lighting have expert technical knowledge of their fans.
