Hi, thanks for your feedback and we’re sorry that you’re unhappy with our returns policy. However, in order to guarantee all of our customers a brand new product, we cannot accept the return of open boxes for change of mind returns. All of our customers receive a confirmation email which gives them the opportunity to review and make any necessary changes to their order prior to dispatch. Even after the order is sent, we can exchange the order provided that the box is not opened and we receive the request within the timeframe outline on our website: https://www.universalfans.com.au/return-policy/ .
