Universal Fans Değerlendirmeler

Hi there, We're very sorry that the goods were damaged, but thanks for letting us know. As well as your rights under consumer law, the SAV30 is covered by a 10-year warranty, and we would encourage you to raise a claim by emailing service@universalfans.com.au. Regarding the signature, like most freight carriers, our courier has had to implement new procedures in response to COVID-19. These procedures include minimising contact between the driver and the customer. We know that this is unusual, but everyone involved is doing their best under the circumstances. Thanks again for your feedback, and we will keep an eye out for your claim. Stay safe!
