As mentioned on our website, every care has been taken to ensure the colour representation and sizing on the website is as accurate as production processes allow, however a slight variation in the colour of or size of actual goods may occur. Our cotton design mats utilise a unique precision dye technique. We make every effort to ensure continuity of colour however batches can vary. Turtle Mat backings are anti-slip and engineered to minimise movement as much as possible; however we cannot guarantee there will be no movement as there are so many different floor finishes and carpet finishes and piles. Hi Jo, Thanks for your review. It's a shame to hear you're unhappy with your mat. New mats will have excess lint to start with, even after the first wash. But they tend to settle down once they've had a bit of wear. I would recommend giving them a brush & a hoover to see if that helps initially.
