I have not received any confirmation of receipt of the rug I returned, despite the fact that as it was tracked, I know it has been received.

Nice mat, sadly not the right colour for me!

As I said in my product review, I had to return the mats as the colour wasn't as expected. The actual returns process was simple and I soon received my refund.
