Good afternoon, Mr. Rasheed, We’re very sorry to hear that you are still waiting for your baggage, especially when it contains important personal items. We understand how stressful and inconvenient this must be. Baggage handling and delivery are managed by the operating airline, and unfortunately TravelUp does not have direct control over the location or delivery of checked baggage. However, we appreciate how frustrating this situation is, particularly after paying for additional baggage. If you have not already done so, we recommend contacting the airline’s baggage services team at the airport, using your baggage report/reference number, so they can provide the latest update on the delivery. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience and hope your baggage is returned to you as soon as possible. Regards, TravelUp
